This project consisted of a three story corporate office building with a full service banking center and a data processing center. The building is a 30,000 square feet, steel framed structure with a masonry wall assembly of concrete masonry block and brick veneer. The heating and cooling runs by a remote chilled watercooling system and an emergency generator system for the contingency of uninterrupted electrical power. The interior design of the office space is consistent with the expectations of banking conservatism through the utilization of ornate wood trim, wall coverings, granite and marble flooring materials.
