This open air center was constructed in two phases and anchored with the construction of a Kroger store. Phase I begin in 2000 with Phase II completed in 2003. The total envelope of building construction consisted of load bearing masonry with a steel frame support of the roofing systems. The building’s exterior walls are a combination of brick, décor masonry block, aluminum frame and glass store fronts and EIFS veneer.
