This project included the construction of approximately a 50,000 SF medical facility; 15,000 SF mechanical penthouses; 8,000 SF central plant; and a 25,000 SF medical office building with associated site-work canopies and future elevator tower/accent feature. The foundations and structure were designed to support 4 additional floors and the facility is complete with operating suites, lab, ER, MRI, CT and nuclear medicine departments. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. The facility was awarded a LEEDS green building council certification for its environmentally
friendly construction.
