This project consisted of concrete foundations, specialty concrete (colored) masonry, EIFS exterior, structural framing system with metal deck and EPDM roofing with flashings. The interior included pet hotels, a grooming station, a pet clinic, retail space, breakroom, offices, loading docks, etc. Interior is a combination of drywalls, acoustical exposed ceilings (painted), and exposed duct work and lighting.
