The Mall of St. Matthew
was originally developed
and constructed in the
early 1960’s. At
that time the developer,
The Rouse Company, engaged
LBM Construction for the
construction of the J.
C. Penny store, Sections
E and F and the Kaufmans
Department Store which
is now occupied by the
Dillards Department Store.
Over the years LBM has
been favored with working
with the various landlords
and tenants of the Mall
on major renovations and
building additions. The
latest contract was a
major renovation of the
Mall’s corridors
for the construction of
the food court and community
event area.
