Jeff
W. McLellan - President
Mr. McLellan is a graduate of Western Kentucky
University with a degree in Science, holding
options in Architectural Technology &
Construction Management. He joined Dahlem
Construction Company in 1989. Over the next
20 years, Jeff continued to prove himself
as a leader in the industry. He was awarded
minority ownership in 2000 along with a leadership
role as Executive Vice President. In this
role, he has responsibility in the total,
day to day operation of LBM Construction Company
while providing input and advancement to the
mission and vision of the company. His expertise
and comprehensive experience includes: general
contracting, construction management, supervision,
contract administration, and field experience,
combined with project planning, detailed scheduling,
estimating, contract negotiation, cost monitoring
and safety required for a successful completion
of all phases of construction.

William
E. "Bud" Smith
- Senior Vice President
In 1979, Mr. Smith began his construction
career as a draftsman and estimator with Bethel
Buildings. He joined the Dahlem Construction
team in 1983 as an estimator and project manager.
In 1992, Mr. Smith left the company and started
his own business venture in the design and
construction of custom homes. He returned
to the Dahlem organization in 1997, as Assistant
Vice President, and shortly thereafter, he
was named Vice President. In 2009, Bud was
promoted to a Senior Vice President with total
responsibility for the estimating function
of the company including the management of
the design & build construction services
offered by LBM Construction Company.

Tricia C. Butler -
Treasurer
Ms. Butler is a graduate of the University
of Louisville School of Business with a degree
in Accounting. Tricia was with Jillians Entertainment
for five years prior to joining the company
in October of 2004. She is responsible for
all financial aspects of the company. |
John
C. Dickson - Vice President/Director
of Safety
Mr. Dickson is a graduate of the University
of Michigan, holding a Masters Degree in Industrial
Design. John founded and operated Dickson
Design and Construction for ten years, specializing
in design build construction. He joined a
regional general contractor in Owensboro,
Kentucky, in 1984 as a Project Superintendent.
John rose to Project Engineer in 1985 with
responsibility for their design build operations
and was later promoted to Project Manager.
Mr. Dickson joined the Dahlem Construction
Company in 1996 as Vice President. With the
acquisition of Dahlem Construction in 1998,
John became Vice President of LBM Construction
Company with responsibility for estimating
and project management and remains in that
position with LBM Construction. Additionally,
John was appointed Director of Safety in 2003
with responsibility for the administration
of the LBM Construction Company’s safety
policy and maintaining our corporate O.S.H.A.
compliance requirements. John holds safety
and health certifications from Eastern Kentucky
University, U.S. Department of Labor, Kentucky
Labor Cabinet, National Safety Council, American
Safety and Health Institute, Associated General
Contractors, and Associated Builders and Contractors.

Stanley K. Barnes
- Director of Field Resources & Quality
Control
Stan started in construction as a carpenter
building residential apartments in 1982. In
1988, joined the Dahlem Construction Company
as carpenter foreman. In 1994, was promoted
to a project superintendent. Then in 2003,
Stan was promoted to Director of Field Operations
for LBM Construction Company and remains in
this position as a priceless asset to the
company under the new name. |
Chris D. Lloyd
- Business Development
Chris Lloyd is Project Manager and Estimator
for LBM Construction Company, Inc., with
responsibilities of estimating cost for
projects and running the associated projects
till there completion. He also serves the
company by developing schedules for projects
that LBM has obtained. Chris has worked
for LBM Construction since his teenage days
working in various duties while attending
school. Doing this has allowed him to gain
knowledge in all aspects of the construction
industry that he can bring to your construction
projects. He has done volunteer work with
the American Cancer Society and also coach’s
basketball for Upwards. Chris holds a Business
Degree from the University of Louisville.
When he is not working, Chris’s interest
is in Thoroughbred horse racing and is the
managing member of a Thoroughbred partnership.
