How it works
As a Construction Manager, LBM is compensated
on the basis of a negotiated/bid fee for the scope
of services rendered. Although it is very similar
to the design/build method, LBM is only performing
in a professional management service capacity.
For this reason, you, the client, contracts with
an architect/engineer separately. Usually the
Construction Manager is under contract with the
owner for a short period of time after the Architect
is selected and subsequently, we will facilitate
the contracting process between the client and
the multiple prime and specialty contractors on
LBM has extensive experience in Construction Management.
