Construction Management

We view your project as if we were building our own office or facility. That means, we manage every detail of your project from the planning and pre-design phases through the construction phases and then onto the completion of your project. It is a team oriented process with the client, the architect, the subcontractors and the suppliers in organizing and controlling the independent activities and professional disciplines which are required of any project.

How it works
As a Construction Manager, LBM is compensated on the basis of a negotiated/bid fee for the scope of services rendered. Although it is very similar to the design/build method, LBM is only performing in a professional management service capacity. For this reason, you, the client, contracts with an architect/engineer separately. Usually the Construction Manager is under contract with the owner for a short period of time after the Architect is selected and subsequently, we will facilitate the contracting process between the client and the multiple prime and specialty contractors on the project.
